To better align with the organization’s future development needs and enhance the communication of its mission, following in-depth discussions and careful decision-making by the Council, as well as review and approval by the Chairman, the organization’s Chinese name has been changed from “拯救人类行动组织” to “人类会”. The English name has been changed from “Save Human Action Organization (SHAO)” to “Humanitas Ark”. This amendment was officially approved and filed with the California Secretary of State on January 15, 2025, under Document No. BA20250102459.
Following the name change, the organization will operate fully under its new name. Effective immediately, all external documents, videos, and materials will use the updated name and logo. The organization’s official website domain and email addresses will remain unchanged to ensure stable and seamless communication.
